By creating an account or using the Start2Finish Meals application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Start2Finish Meals provides meal planning, grocery list generation, pantry management, budget tracking, and recipe management tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period and paid plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
• A lifetime access option is available as a one-time purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@start2finishmeals.com for assistance.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human reasonably could.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service, including meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and pantry items. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and curated recipe content, is owned by Start2Finish Meals and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nutritional and calorie information provided in the Service is for general guidance only and should not replace professional medical or dietary advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start2Finish Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app. This action is irreversible.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
